Immune-Boosting Soup

As winter-time rolls around, so do the germs! Get your immune system up with a warm soup packed with all the essential nutrients needed to ward off winter colds!

Servings: 2-4 Total Time: 25 minutes


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 yellow onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups LonoLife Beef Bone Broth
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 baby bok choy chopped
  • 1 daikon radish sliced
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1) In a large pot add olive oil, onion, celery, and garlic. Cook on medium heat until onion is translucent.

2) Add bone broth and the rest of the ingredients to pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 30 minutes.

3) Enjoy!
