Here's a smoothie recipe to die for– it tastes just like a vanilla shake, but packs 10g of protein!
Servings: 1 • Total Time: 5 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 serving 1 serving LonoLife Vanilla Collagen Peptides
 - 1 small banana
 - 5 dates
 - Handful of soaked almonds
 - Silk cashew milk to blend
 - Dash of sea salt
 - Chia seeds & hemp seeds, cacao nibs and bee pollen for toppings
 
DIRECTIONS:
1) Blend together until smooth.
2) Top with chia & hemp seeds, cacao nibs and bee pollen to taste.
3) Enjoy!
