Cookies & Cream Bar

INGREDIENTS FOR COOKIE CHIPS:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 a cup of erythritol
- ¼ cup @exploradomarket black cocoa powder
INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM BAR:
- 40g @exploradomarket cocoa butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup confectioners erythritol
- 1 serving LonoLife Vanilla Collagen
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS:
1) First you’ll want to make some cookie chips this batter will make way more than you’ll need.
2) Mix everything together and add to piping bag. Pipe into chocolate chip molds or pipe into circles onto parchment.
3) Bake on 350 for 10 minutes. These will harden as they cool.
4) Then you’ll want to make your chocolate bar.....
5) Melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil in a small sauce pan over low heat.
6) Whisk in the rest and keep whisking until its no longer separated. This should only take a couple minutes.
7) Immediately put into candy bar mold or some kind of silicone mold.
8) Add in the cookie chips and let set in the fridge for at least thirty minutes.
9) Enjoy!
