INGREDIENTS:
- 1 serving LonoLife Mocha Collagen Peptides
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons cacao
- 1/4 cup almond milk or choice of substitute
- pinch of cinnamon and salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
