Beet Horseradish Collagen Dip
Try this healthy snack that goes great with chips, veggies or fries! It's great for parties or a weekday snack!
Servings: 8 • Total Time: 5 Minutes (precooked beets), 35 Minutes (raw beets)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 serving LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides
- 2 large beets
- 1/2 cup of mayo or Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2-3 tablespoons of horseradish
- salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1) Cook beets by steaming, boiling, or roasting in oven or use precooked beets.
2) Add to food processor along with mayo or yogurt, horseradish, spices and collagen. Blend until smooth.
3) Top off with parsley and extra sea salt. Serve & Enjoy!
