Beef Chili with Bone Broth
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 lbs ground beef
- Half a small onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 low carb beer (I used @thornbeer Treading Lightly)
- Bone broth (I used ✌ packets of Lonolife Beef Bone Broth)
- Chili powder 2 tbs
- Onion Powder 2 tbs
- Garlic Powder 2 tbs
- Smoked Paprika 1 tbs
- Cumin 1 tbs
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp
Toppings:
- Sour Cream
- Avocado
- Red Onion
- Cheese
- Radishes
DIRECTIONS:
In a pan brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain. Transfer to a pot. Add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer for a few hours. The longer the better. In fact this will taste better tomorrow. 😀😁
