Proats aka Protein Oats
Boost the protein content in your oatmeal with this quick an easy recipe. You can even spice it up by swirling in Greek yogurt, eggs, bacon etc. The possibilities are endless!
Servings: 1 bowl • Total Time: 5 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 serving of LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides
- ½ cup oats
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Allulose (or another sugar substitute)
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Chia seeds and unsweetened coconut to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1) Add water to oats and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds.
2) Stir in LonoLife Unflavored Collagen, cocoa powder, Allulose and cinnamon.
3) Mix well and top with peanut butter, chia seeds and coconut.
4) Enjoy!
