Overnight Oats & Chia
LonoLife for the breakfast win! If you haven’t tried it, chia pudding with the vanilla collagen is really good!
Servings: 1 Total Time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 part oats
- 3/4 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 serving LonoLife Vanilla Collagen Peptides
- 1 cup regular milk (substitute with nut milk)
ALSO CAN BE DONE OVERNIGHT):
- 1 part oats, 1 part milk, 1/8th part chia, and a stick of collagen (I also a tbsp or real maple syrup, but that is optional). I let both sit in the fridge overnight, but I think it can be ready after a few hours. Both are really good with blueberries and strawberries!
DIRECTIONS:
1) Combine ingredients in mixing bowl adding all ingredients in the process.
2) Stir continuously until it is well-mixed.
