Ingredients:
- 1 scoop LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides
- 3/4 frozen or fresh papaya, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 scoop colostrum powder
- 1 small piece fresh turmeric root (about 1/2") or a dash of turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 brazil nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- pinch of black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients, and blend on high until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a glass or smoothie bowl, top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
