LonoLife Crack Chicken
Chicken cooked in cheesy deliciousness in a crock pot for simple week night dinner? Yes please! Comfort food is an understatement.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth packet
- 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each, cubed)
- 3 pieces cooked bacon, broken into small pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
• Mix Ingredients – Place the chicken in the crock pot and top it with the LonoLife Chicken Bone Broth powder and cubed cream cheese.
• Cook – Turn the crock pot on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
• Prepare – Shred the chicken and add the bacon bits and cheddar cheese. Cover the crock pot and cook the chicken for 10 minutes more. Serve on hamburger buns or with crackers as a dip.
