LonoLife Autumn Turkey Salad Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 stick LonoLife Unflavored Collagen
- 8 Mini croissants
- 1 28 oz. can Turkey, drained.
- 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1 Sweet potato, diced and roasted
- 1 Apple, diced
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh sage, optional
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.
2. Slice the mini croissants in half and fill each with heaping spoonfuls of the turkey salad mixture. Enjoy!
