Blueberry Ricotta Collagen Toast

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 serving LonoLife Unflavored Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup of water
- bread of your choice
- ricotta cheese (can be substituted with almond milk)
- cinnamon & sea salt for taste
DIRECTIONS:
1) Toast a couple of slices of bread. Option to add a little ghee or butter on top.
2) Meanwhile, sauté 1/3 cup of water with 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 serving of collagen, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt in a saucepan. Option to add honey, maple syrup or other sweetener of choice.
3) Cook about 5-7 minutes until berries are reduced.
4) Add on top of toast and top with ricotta. Enjoy!
