Berry Chia Pudding Parfait
Healthy sweet treat for morning, noon, or night!
Servings: 2 Total Time: 2 hours 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 14oz. can coconut milk
- 1 serving LonoLife Collagen Peptides
- 6 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 strawberries, chopped
- 14 blueberries
- Optional: unsweetened coconut flakes or almond slices
DIRECTIONS:
In a medium bowl, combine coconut milk, LonoLife Collagen Peptides, chia seeds, raw honey and vanilla extract.
Mix until smooth and set aside in the fridge for at least two hours.
Layer parfait with coconut mixture, strawberries, blueberries and granola or sliced almonds.
